This is a vintage Hanging Drop style drawer pull by National Lock. It is model V608-4A and is termed the Italian Classic pull with antique English finish. It is 2 5/8" in overall width, 2 1/8" in height, and has a 3/4" projection. It is gold in color with natural patina from age and use. No screw included, as everyone's applications differ.
