There are 4 drawer pulls with a plastic filler when the pull is fastened to the drawer the plastic filler will be flush. The plastic and pull are in excellent condition and I assume the plastic filler is bakelite there are screws for all 4 pulls. The pulls are 4 1/2 inches across.
